• Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the videos you generate using the Service for any personal or commercial purpose.
• You agree not to use the Service to create any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Darkou and its licensors. Termination
